These Programs will focus on development of coordination, balance, and agility. A fun new tennis experience for the youth. The Program will use Youth sized courts, Red and Orange balls and equipment. Come and learn the proper techniques on passing, receiving, blocking and kicking. The breakdown of offensive and defensive strategies will also be covered. Teamwork and positive play are highly stressed, but the main objective is to have fun. (PF)

The all-skill clinic will cover all aspects of the game of volleyball including but not limited to attacking, passing, serving, setting, and game play! We emphasize proper technique and development of the skill for all players. Regardless of the volleyball experience level your child is at, we will help them get to the next level. Classes will consist of teaching fundamentals of beach volleyball and then playing fun games and modified games using the fundamental principles of beach volleyball that were taught. This program will include instruction by Cog Hill’s PGA teaching staff. The program will cover the fundamentals of golf including full swing, short game, and etiquette. Cog Hill will provide complimentary range balls and clubs (if needed) for each student in the camp.
Please bring a 7-iron to the first class at Cog Hill's driving range. No rain outs due to overhead shelters and no make-up dates. Parents are not allowed to sit in on lessons. Sandals and flip flops are not recommended. (PF).

Our clinics are high-energy skill development workouts in a group setting that will prepare players for their upcoming season. These workouts are designed to push you out of your comfort level both physically and mentally. We will show you what is possible when you attack your workouts with great effort and great focus. Players will learn our Breakaway progressions and also how to maximize their minutes in the gym. What separates our classes from anyone else is our message inside the workout. Our coaches are passionate about motivating and inspiring our players to learn how to embrace the process of being successful at anything. The lessons the game should teach are always our #1 Focus. The FUN is all about seeing yourself get better and gain confidence along the way.
