These Programs will focus on development of coordination, balance, and agility. A fun new tennis experience for the youth. Your child will learn tennis in a fun format.(PF)

Focusing on individual skills and team play, each session begins with speed and agility drills that will enhance a player’s ability to get up and down the court quickly, generate rapid change of direction and creates explosion to the basket. Players will practice ball handling, proper shooting technique, foot work and defensive/offensive strategies. (PF)

Led by Fencing Master Marek P. Stepien, Olympian (Barcelona 1992) and Mr. James Zubeck. Safety will always be stressed through fencing coach. Fencing is an excellent mental exercise and increases focus and concentration as well as improves strategic thinking and decision-making skills. Each student must have his or her own private fencing equipment. All tournament fees extra. (PF)

Lacrosse Fall Clinic is perfect for any beginner who is looking to learn from this exciting sport! The program is a great crash course to learn the fundamentals of lacrosse in a fun environment. The professional coaches at Team ONE Lacrosse will teach athletes the skills necessary to advance to more competitive play. Skills taught include dodging, stick work, passing and catching, shooting and defense! Players will be broken up by skill level. Sticks provided no equipment necessary! (PF)
