This introductory class specifically designed for ages 3 year olds, uses techniques in Ballet and Jazz, while working on developing physical skills, channeling energy, stimulating imagination, creativity, and being introduced to dance. Using creative movement, students can simultaneously develop motor skills, rhythmic awareness, coordination, and balance in a safe environment. This class will prepare your child for Ballet I at age 4. (SD)

Tap classes are designed to develop rhythm, style and sound. Students will learn a variety of tap styles from Broadway to Rhythm tap. Exercises focus on building flexibility of the knee and ankles, coordination, and speed of movement. The class emphasis is on developing proper tap technique, producing clear tap sounds, and having fun. As students progress through each level, the curriculum will become increasingly more complex and intricate. (SD)

Poms Dance is a fun and energetic style of dance that incorporates Jazz techniques, Hip Hop, and Cheer while integrating the use of Pom Poms. Students will learn basic Poms dance movements using upbeat music in a fun environment. Poms will be provided. Pee Wee's will be beginner basics with fewer techniques. (SD)

Introduction to Ballet, students will learn the basic Ballet positions, dance movements, and language. Students will learn independence and be encouraged to express their individuality using creative movement. (SD)

This class is designed for children to be independent of their parents. Your child will learn fundamentals as well as develop flexibility, strength, balance and coordination. Confidence and social skills are built into every lesson in a fun and safe environment. (KB)

This thrilling and fast paced class offers obstacle training, martial arts, gymnastics, and freestyle movement. Mini Ninja Warriors focuses on respect, listening, responsibility, work ethics, strength, agility, and flexibility. (KB)

Throwing, catching, hitting and fielding will be taught as well as running the bases and how to play the game. Games will be played every week. (PF)

Dribbling, passing and shooting will be covered through fun games that keep everyone moving. This class is great for introducing the sport for the first time. The main objective is to have fun! (PF)

While sparking an interest in kids to play a variety of sports, this fun-filled class teaches little superstars the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship. Sports covered will be favorites like basketball, hockey, soccer, football, and many more. (PF)

Introduce your children to the game of basketball whether they are beginners or if they need to know how to get to the next level. Basic skills of dribbling, passing, shooting and defense will be taught. Games will also be played to show the importance of teamwork in game situations. (PF)

Focusing on individual skills and team play, each session begins with speed and agility drills that will enhance a player’s ability to get up and down the court quickly, generate rapid change of direction and creates explosion to the basket. Players will practice ball handling, proper shooting technique, foot work and defensive/offensive strategies. Small-sided competitions and game play will enable each player to focus and work on learned skills. (PF)
