Focusing on individual skills and team play, each session begins with speed and agility drills that will enhance a player’s ability to get up and down the court quickly, generate rapid change of direction and creates explosion to the basket. Players will practice ball handling, proper shooting technique, foot work and defensive/offensive strategies. Small-sided competitions and game play will enable each player to focus and work on learned skills. (PF)
