Spring Training - Bronze Team

Spring Training is an extended program geared for swimmers who are looking to improve their strokes but also focus on their speed and endurance. This training session will be replacing the previous 8 week Stroke Clinic. Spring Training will include 12 weeks of swimming to prepare swimmers for the upcoming summer season. (RS)

ALL NEW PARTICIPANTS MUST ATTEND A PLACEMENT DAY PRIOR TO REGISTERING - Activity Number 230201.
